A Congers volunteer firefighter was honored yesterday on the floor of the House of Representatives to mark his 100th birthday on Monday and his many years of service to the community. Magnatta has four children, 16 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren, and is the oldest active member of the Congers fire department.
