Judith Clark, the getaway driver in the 1981 Brink’s Heist at The Nanuet Mall that killed two Nyack policemen and a security guard, has been granted parole. Clark has been in prison for 37 years. The now 69 year-old was the getaway driver in the heist when Sgt. Edward O’Grady, officer Waverly Brown, and security guard, Peter Paige, were shot and killed during the robbery. She had originally been sentenced to 75 years to life, but Governor Andrew Cuomo commuted her sentence three years ago. There’s no word yet on when Clark will be released.
