Each side is blaming the other for the stalemate they are in. The Altice-owned cable operator offered a 30-percent discount to Optimum subscribers on the streaming service Fubo, which carries MSG Networks, if they kept Optimum’s internet service. MSG Networks are also available on Verizon Fios and the MSG’s own paid streaming service.
