Rockland state representative Ken Zebrowski introduced the bill in the Assembly. The East Ramapo school district is slated to hold a ward-based school board election on February 2nd. A federal judge decided East Ramapo’s original at-large voting method violated the Voting Rights Act of 1965. For more information about next month’s vote, click here.
