As tensions escalate in the middle east, cooler heads are prevailing thus far this summer in the Hudson Valley. This, as a Hamas political leader was killed in Iran, and a Hezbollah senior commander was killed in an Israeli strike in southern Beirut on Tuesday. Both of those incidents followed the airstrike on Israel that killed a dozen children on a soccer field Saturday.
