An 8-year-old boy from Clarkstown has reportedly been found after being missing since late last month. News 12 says he was found Friday with his mother, Regina Wilson, in York, Pennsylvania. She had lost custody rights two years ago and the boy had been staying with his grandmother. Wilson is reportedly now in custody.
Ramapo Yeshiva Asks Court to Dismiss South Nyack Legal Action Over Nyack College Issues
The new owners of the Nyack College campus is asking a state court to dismiss legal action filed by the village of South Nyack aimed at keeping the Ramapo-based yeshiva from using buildings that reportedly have safety violations and lack proper permits. That’s according to LoHud.com. The Yeshiva claims the village is practicing selective enforcement and targeting them because they are Hasidic, and notes the property was previously used as a religious institution for years.
