The Rockland Business Association is looking to help bring back a winter-time festival to help spur more tourism in the county. The Knickerbocker Ice Festival was a tribute to the former company that harvested ice from Rockland Lake in the mid-1800s. The event ran off-and-on from 2007 to 2016.
