A bi-partisan group of Hudson Valley state lawmakers has joined the United Federation of Teachers’ lawsuit aiming to stop the congestion pricing plan in its tracks. The New York City teachers’ union is trying to prevent the congestion pricing plan from launching this spring as the MTA wants. Last month, the union joined a lawsuit with the borough president of Staten Island.
