Rockland County now has its second coronavirus-related death, a 60 year-old who the Health Department said had other health problems. We now have a total of 31 positive cases in the county. With many stores either closed entirely, offering special hours to accommodate seniors, or simply just running out of specific items, the County Executive is calling on Rocklanders to dial it down a notch.
