The death of woman found in the Hudson River in Nyack Sunday does not appear to be suspicious. That’s according to News 12. The woman was found dead near the Nyack Marina Sunday afternoon around 3pm. Her name has not yet been released.

Man Dies After Incident at Lake Welch
An unidentified man died yesterday after reportedly suffering a medical condition at Harriman State Park in Stony Point. That’s according to News 12. The 70-year-old was standing in Lake Welch when the incident occurred around one yesterday afternoon. The man was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was pronounced dead. No other details about the victim were released.

The body of a woman has been pulled from the Hudson River in Nyack. That’s according to MidHudsonNews.com. The Nyack Fire Department reportedly pulled the body from the water at the Nyack Marina yesterday afternoon. Orangetown Police are investigating. New York State Police are searching for a suspect reportedly responsible for a stabbing at Rockland Lake State Park on Saturday. That’s according to News 12. The incident allegedly took place at the north swimming pool around 5pm. An unidentified man was reportedly stabbed several times in the neck following an argument. His injuries are not life-threatening.

An unidentified man has been arrested in Ramapo and charged with attempting to assault a town police officer. Ramapo Police say it happened Wednesday night during a traffic stop on College Road near RCC. A random pedestrian approached the police officer and started throwing punches. The officer was able to restrain and apprehend the suspect. The 23-year-old, was taken into custody and faces charges of Attempted Assault, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and Resisting Arrest. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled for arraignment in Ramapo Justice Court next week.

Report: Woman Arrested in Spring Valley Stabbing
A woman is in custody after a reported stabbing in Spring Valley yesterday. That’s according to News 12. A woman was reportedly stabbed in the stomach at a home on Doctor Frank Road. The woman was taken to Westchester Medical Center, her condition was not released.
