The town of Orangetown officially opened its three renovated playgrounds yesterday. Stouten Park in Tappan and Cherry Brook in Pearl River opened to the public yesterday, as did Emilio DeFrancesco Memorial Park in Sparkill’s Depot Square, where the official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held.
