Law enforcement shot and killed a heavily-armed gunman who started shooting yesterday outside a Federal courthouse in Dallas. No one other than the gunman himself was killed in the incident. Lowey says 50 million dollars will be used to study the gun violence issue. 22-year-old Brian Isaack Clyde of Fort Worth was a private first class and served as an infantryman from August 2015 to February 2017. There’s no word yet on his motive.
