The town of Clarkstown and Rockland volunteer relief organizations have established a fund for the 30 people who lost their homes in a fire earlier this month in Valley Cottage. At a press conference yesterday at the Mountain View condos, Dana Treacy, who heads up the United Way of Rockland and works with the Rockland County Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster, or VOAD, said a Disaster Fund is now available to accept donations.
