Published reports say a West Nyack murder suspect pleaded not guilty in court on Friday. 24 year-old Eric Ross is accused of killing the owner of a car dealership near Palisades Center following an argument. Youbens Joseph of Youbs Auto Sales was shot and killed last November. Ross remains behind bars in the Rockland County Jail. He is due back in court in two weeks.

Letchworth Development Inching Forward in Stony Point

The 25-acre site and the golf course have been targeted for a hotel, a conference center, retail and a 55-and-older community. The golf course would remain open but the town would save 1.4 million dollars in operation costs. A public hearing has been set for March 12th.
Rockland Lawmaker Slams MTA in Albany Hearing
