A Nanuet teen was reportedly charged with drunk driving after running a red light and striking a Rockland County Sheriff’s cruiser. DailyVoice.com reported 19 year-old Marissa Ann Goldin was arrested in the early morning hours Thursday after the crash on Main Street in New City. A Sheriff’s patrol officer was injured and was taken to Montefiore Nyack Hospital for treatment. Goldin was released and is due back in Clarkstown Justice Court next month.

Ramapo Police and FBI Investigating Pomona Bank Robbery
A robbery last night at Chase Bank in Pacesetter Park Shopping Center on Route 202 in Pomona is under investigation by Ramapo police and the FBI. Ramapo police say a suspect fled the area. There were no reported injuries.
OSHA Investigating Fatal Accident at Orangeburg Cheese Company
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is reviewing an incident in which an employee at an Orangeburg company was killed last week after he fell into a mixing machine. 41 year-old Edwin Nunez of Paterson, New Jersey, was found in the machine at his workstation at the Icco Cheese Company. Orangetown supervisor Chris Day says it appears to have been a tragic accident…

Confirmed Measles Cases in Rockland Jumps to 118
The number of confirmed measles cases in Rockland has climbed to 118 with another five suspected cases. In addition to Rockland County, nearly 60 cases have been identified in Brooklyn, and on Tuesday officials in Clark County, Washington near Portland, Oregon, declared an emergency after identifying at least 23 cases of measles, most of them in children. An infected person had gone to a Portland Trail Blazers basketball game. Additionally, 33 people in Ocean and Passaic counties in New Jersey also contracted the measles, but officials there say the outbreak is over.
