Rockland County has a new Acting District Attorney. Kevin Gilleece was sworn in on Monday by County Clerk Paul Piperato. He’ll fill out the year remaining on former D-A Tom Zugibe’s term. Zugibe won a State Supreme Court position in November. Gilleece told LoHud.com he’s not interested in running for the position next November.

Governor Cuomo Sworn in for Third Term
