North Rockland runner Katelyn Tuohy has been named Gatorade’s Girls Track and Field Athlete of the Year in New York. Tuohy’s appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated, won national cross-country and track and field honors, and finished the indoor 2019-20 indoor track season undefeated against high school competition at three distances. On Gatorade’s website, North Rockland coach Steve Sutton said in 25 years of coaching he’s never seen anything like Katelyn, and called her one of best runners of all-time in the U.S.

NY Boulders’ New League, the Frontier League, Cancels 2020 Season

New York Boulders Launching 6-week Summer College League
The New York Boulders are looking to start a 6-week Summer College league. Due to the COVID-19 cancellation of other wooden bat leagues, the Boulders are trying to form a league of their own, assuming they get the all-clear from the government. Mollica played for the Boulders in 2011 and 2012, batting .308 his first
year and .313 his second. He hit 22 home runs and had 117 RBIs. Voting for
