The Eagle Bay project off Hudson Drive in Stony Point needs a few permits before construction can begin. The planning board has given final site plan approval. Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says a few buildings currently on the site still need to come down, and building could begin this fall. Eagle Bay will feature 260, two- and three-bedroom units available for rent and purchase. Monaghan says each unit will have a view of the Hudson River.
