Sickle cell disease is an inherited blood disorder that affects red blood cells — in children it can result in fatigue, adults suffer other complications including chronic, on-going pain. The walkathon kicks off at Rockland Lake tomorrow at 9am. For more information visit FallingAngelsSCF.org.
