Alaska, Arizona, Delaware, Maryland and Montana were all removed yesterday New York State’s COVID-19 travel advisory list. Guam, however, was added, and the governor noted the list remains far too long. He also noted New York has had a positive test rate below one percent for 18 straight days.
If you were thinking of going to Fashion Week you probably should make other plans. It’s scheduled for September 13th through the 17th, but outdoor events are being capped at 50 people. Indoor events are limited to 50 percent capacity, but no spectators will be permitted.
COVID-19 by the numbers now, here in Rockland, we’ve got one in the hospital being examined, another four have been confirmed with coronavirus. The state says we’ve got 14,149 reported cases, 10 more than yesterday, and the Rockland Health Department confirms 674 fatalities here in the county, no change since Tuesday four weeks ago.
