Village of Haverstraw officials shut down an illegal massage parlor following the arrest by town and state police of a Queens woman on a prostitution count. That’s according to The Journal News. The jig was up when the masseur solicited sex for cash from an undercover officer posing as a customer at the Solace Springs Spa on Route 9W. 45 year-old Zongying Zhang was charged with one misdemeanor count of prostitution and the felony charge, unauthorized practice of a profession. She was released and is due back in Haverstraw Village Justice Court at a later date. Clarkstown Police hit five area spas and arrested seven people on similar charges earlier this month.
