Town of Haverstraw Police are chasing down leads in Rockland’s first murder of 2023. Police say 33 year-old Eric Quiñones was found in the parking lot of the Manors Apartment Complex on Route 202 in Pomona with multiple gunshot wounds Sunday night. Haverstraw supervisor Howard Phillips says the police have a license plate number they’re chasing down, but couldn’t divulge much else about the case…
The shooting took place around 7pm Sunday night. Quiñones was pronounced dead at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. The investigation into the incident is ongoing. If you have information, you can contact the Haverstraw Police at 845-354-1500.
