There are three developers interested in creating residential housing for
the Haverstraw portion of the Letchworth Village property, but the
supervisor isn’t sure yet any of them is right for the town. Howard
Phillips says he and the board will make sure whatever goes there is right
for the community…
The Letchworth Village residential institution opened in 1911 and closed
permanently in 1996.
