The victim of the Christmas Eve hit-and run incident in Stony Point was honored at a rally Sunday near the intersection where the incident occurred. 35-year-old Marie Rose Osai was killed after the crash at the intersection of Route 9W and Filors Lane around 8:45 Tuesday night.
