The summit included governors, private-sector executives, drug distributors and others from companies that will be involved in distributing COVID-19 vaccines once the FDA gives approval. According to CBS News, executives from Pfizer and Moderna were not in attendance.
COVID-19 by the numbers now, here in the county, we lost four more Rocklanders to the virus, for a total of 714. We’ve got two in the hospital being examined, another 66 there have been confirmed with coronavirus, and a total of 1,960 active cases. The state says since the crisis began, we’ve had a total of 23,072 reported cases, 175 more than Tuesday.
