A federal judge yesterday said Rockland County’s “unprecedented measles outbreak” is enough to keep unvaccinated kids out of class at the Green Meadow Waldorf School in Chestnut Ridge. Rockland County Attorney Thomas Humbach said the county’s first priority is to protect the public health. The measles count , by the way, is now up to 145 confirmed cases with three more suspected cases.
