We reached out to Dominga Fashion but were unable to connect with the owners. During the storms, WCBS reported, a New City man narrowly escaped being struck by lightning. Trees were struck by lightning at High Tor State Park, causing minor injuries to three people who were in a nearby tent. Winds also reportedly damaged the roof of the Haverstraw Elks Club.
