Stony Point is looking to make it easier for the property at Letchworth Village to be redeveloped. Stony Point supervisor Jim Monaghan says the town wants to keep the historic character of the area and the golf course…
The 25-acre site and the golf course have been targeted for a hotel, a conference center, retail and a 55-and-older community. The golf course would remain open but the town would save 1.4 million dollars in operation costs. A public hearing has been set for March 12th.
