The man who fell seven stories inside the Bowline Power Plant in Haverstraw last week reportedly remains in critical condition at Westchester Medical Center. The incident occurred just before dawn last Wednesday. The man was treated for multiple broken bones and a head injury. The incident is reportedly being investigated by OSHA.
