The measles has returned to Rockland. County officials say an international traveler with the measles visited a Monsey congregation on Friday September 20th between 9 and midnight and on Saturday the 21st from noon to 3pm, potentially exposing others. If you were at Congregation Khal Torath Viznitz at 25 Phyllis Terrace in Monsey during those time periods and are in any high-risk groups, contact your health care provider by phone right away. The measles epidemic was officially declared over just last week. The outbreak began almost a year ago, and resulted in 312 cases in the county as of September 25th.
