NJ Transit says the feedback gathered at the forum is part of a program to improve the customer experience. The hearing is being held tomorrow night at 5:30 at the Vincent Crotty Memorial Foundation, formerly the VFW, at 16 Ramapo Avenue in Suffern right by the train station.
