North Rockland Runner Breaks Another Record

Another record has fallen to North Rockland High School runner Katelyn Tuohy. She crushed the Great American Cross-Country Festival’s 3.1-mile course in 16 minutes, 22.8 seconds Saturday, wiping out the previous record by more than 13 seconds.
