The New York Boulders announced today that the Frontier League has officially delayed the scheduled start of their 2020 season due to the Covid-19 pandemic. No start date has been determined. The Frontier League, the largest independent baseball league in North America, will continue to monitor the situation. This is the Boulders’ first season in the Frontier League after spending their first nine as members of the Can-Am League. The season was scheduled to open on May 14th.
“We are focused on the health and safety of our fans, team members, front office staff, sponsors and our neighbors in the community. Please stay home and stay safe so we can defeat this terrible virus as soon as possible,” said Shawn Reilly, President of the NY Boulders.
