The town of Orangetown could be choosing their preferred developer tomorrow night for the massive HNA Premier Conference Center off Route 9W. The former IBM Conference Center has 106 acres located in Palisades between Routes 9W and 340. An announcement is expected to be made at tomorrow night’s special town board meeting, at 7pm at town hall.
