An Orangetown man got 16 months in prison Friday after admitting he was planning an Election Day attack in Washington DC. 56 year-old Paul Rosenfeld of Tappan had gun powder, trigger devices and a 200-pound bomb in his basement when his home was raided last year. Rosenfeld has already served 5 months, so after 7 more months he may be released to an in-patient psychiatric facility. Federal prosecutors had recommended he be sentenced up to 30 months.
