An Orthodox Jewish school’s $10 million federal discrimination lawsuit against Clarkstown over the group’s proposed development of a school at the former Grace Baptist Church in Nanuet has been dismissed by federal judge. The school could also appeal the federal judge’s decision. Meanwhile, Clarkstown is moving ahead with plans to demolish the building and develop senior housing and create additional parking for the Nanuet school district and local businesses.
