The head of the Sloatsburg Volunteer Ambulance Corps has been indicted by a Rockland Grand Jury, accused of stealing funds from the ambulance corps. Rockland County D-A Tom Walsh says 53 year-old Matthew Gannon took more than $70,000 from ambulance corps bank accounts to pay for personal expenses, including New York Jets season tickets. The Sloatsburg resident is charged with second degree grand larceny.
