Primaries are being held today in Rockland. The primaries cover various local elections, including Family Court Judge, District 10 of the Rockland County Legislature, Clarkstown Supervisor, Town Council and Town Justice, Stony Point Superintendent of Highways, Spring Valley Village Trustee and Village Justice, and Nyack Village Trustee.
