Ramapo Police are investigating a Friday-morning shooting that left a Nanuet cab driver dead. Police say 28 year-old Luis Guaman-Espinoza was found in the back seat of a gray International Taxi shot several times. The taxi was behind the CVS on Old Nyack Turnpike in south Spring Valley. Espinoza was taken to Montefiore Nyack Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The investigation is on-going. No additional information was available.
