The new owners of the Nyack College campus is asking a state court to dismiss legal action filed by the village of South Nyack aimed at keeping the Ramapo-based yeshiva from using buildings that reportedly have safety violations and lack proper permits. The Yeshiva claims the village is practicing selective enforcement and targeting them because they are Hasidic, and notes the property was previously used as a religious institution for years.
