If you’re having trouble putting food on the table, or know a family that is, you may want to take note of a free series of classes being held at RCC’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center in Nyack. Mark Davidoff is the Director of the center and will be conducting the cooking demonstrations and lessons along with RCC Hospitality students.
