Report: Haverstraw Police Investigating Shots Fired on East Railroad Avenue

Haverstraw police are reportedly checking into shots fired late last night. News 12 says police say the incident occurred around 11pm at 25 East Railroad Avenue. Shell casings were found on the ground but it’s unclear if anyone was shot.
