A 44-year-old Nanuet man has reportedly been indicted on second-degree manslaughter and reckless driving charges stemming from last October’s crash in Pearl River that killed two teenagers. The Journal News says Jason Castro’s been accused of striking a Porsche Macan driven by 17 year-old Aisha Radoncic on Route 304 with his Volkswagon Jetta. Her car plunged off the overpass and down to the railroad tracks near Crooked Hill Road, killing her two passengers, 17-year-old Altin Nezaj and 15-year-old Saniha Cekic. Radoncic was arraigned in Rockland Superior Court’s youth division in June. She pleaded not guilty and was released without bail.
