A village of Spring Valley employee has reportedly filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General’s office charging Village Trustees with mismanagement. That’s according to the Rockland County Times. Part time Fire Inspector Frank Youngman claimed village facilities are deteriorating, and the board has approved multi-family homes on properties designed for single-family residences, creating extra burdens on the village’s infrastructure, including the sewage system and traffic. We reached out to the board for comment but did not hear back.
