The former farms’ management, the Rockland Farm Alliance, filed for bankruptcy in December. The 24-acre Cropsey Farm is on South Little Tor Road, and is 61% owed by the County, while Clarkstown owns the rest. Rockland County bought the Depew Farm last year. The 32-acre farm is on Old Route 304. Clarkstown plans to purchase a 39% percent share of it, as well.
