The Rockland County Office of Buildings and Codes has busted a Spring Valley business for operating as an illegal nightclub. The operators face at least 10 hazardous code violations, including violation of use and occupancy, operating without a construction permit, and blocked exits. They are known to local authorities and has been cited twice since August 2021 but failed to appear for their court appearances.
