A Stony Point man faces gun charges after allegedly selling a “ghost gun” to an agent of the Rockland County Drug Task Force. Rockland County District Attorney Tom Walsh says 42 year-old Robert Muntz faces Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Sale of a Firearm charges. “Ghost guns” have no serial number and are untraceable firearms that can be purchased and assembled at home. Walsh says Muntz, who was not a registered firearms dealer, sold the 9mm pistol to the agent last October. Muntz was arraigned in the Town of Haverstraw Justice Court on Monday and is due back in court early next month.
