Good financial news for the county, another nationally-recognized statistical rating organization has given Rockland’s General Obligation Bond Rating a boost. The rating comes on the heels of the 2018 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report that recently showed a positive unassigned fund balance of just over $32 million in the County’s General Fund.
