The getaway driver in the 1981 Brink’s Nanuet mall heist that took the lives of two Nyack police officers and a security guard, and who was released on parole this week, could be out of prison by May 15th or sooner. Judith Clark originally was sentenced to 75 years to life, but Governor Andrew Cuomo commuted her sentence three years ago. Rockland County Sheriff Lou Falco said as a documented domestic terrorist, she should have stayed behind bars, quote, “until the lord took her”…
Sgt. Edward O’Grady, officer Waverly Brown, and security guard Peter Paige were shot and killed during the robbery. Clark will reportedly live with a friend in the city and work for a group called “Hour Children,” a non-profit group that helps incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women and their children.
