Procedures at a federal prison in Manhattan are coming under fire following the death of the accused sex trafficker with powerful friends who reportedly took his own life over the weekend. The Hill reports the Attorney General will continue the Justice Department’s investigation into the allegations against Epstein, a registered sex offender from a 2008 conviction. He had been at the facility since July 6th.
